What is your role at the university?
Assistant professor of marketing

How long have you been at LMU?
This is my first year

What has been your proudest moment since you’ve been at LMU?
During my first year of teaching at LMU, at the end of each class several students come to the podium and say: “thank you, professor!”. I love their attitude and really appreciate their thoughtfulness. What they do gives me tons of positive energy. :)

Before working at LMU, what was the most unusual or interesting job you’ve had?
When I was a teenager during one summer I baked cupcakes and tried selling them in the neighborhood. My cupcakes were so bad that it ended up being a failure! So, I not only didn’t make any money, but also lost all my saved pocket money!

Favorite movie?
A Beautiful Mind

What was the name of the last book you read?
Les Misérables (for the 11th time!!!)

If you could enjoy dinner and conversation with anyone in history, who would it be and why?
Albert Einstein. I would be interested in asking him about the process through which he was so successful in utilizing a larger portion of his brain compared with other human beings.

If you had to eat one meal, every day for the rest of your life, what would it be?
That has actually been happening for the past 4 years in my life for the most part: chicken!

Tell us something interesting about yourself that others may not know.
I can add and/or multiply relatively large numbers quickly in my mind without using pen and paper.
