Due to the Cesar Chavez and Good Friday, the Payroll Department will need to process your bi-weekly pay check for March 28, earlier than normal.
Timecard approvals in MyTime must be completed by Wednesday, March 21 at 5 p.m. MyTime will be locked and you will not be able to edit after this deadline. You will need to estimate the hours worked for yourself and/or staff for work days beginning 3.21.18 through 3.24.18 and enter estimated hours on the timecard by Wednesday, March 21, 2018 by 5 p.m. We recognize this may require you to do timecard amendments, based on the actual time worked. Any amendments will be paid on April 13, 2018.
Enter hours based on yours and/or your employees normal workweek for the pay period dates: 3.21.17 – 3.24.18.
NOTE! Due to MyTime being pulled at 5 p.m. on Wednesday, March 21, 2018, no employees will be able to make entries or clock in after this time from 3.21.18 through 3.24.18 midnight. After midnight on 3.25.18, MyTime will again re-open for the new period (3.25.18 -4.7.18), and you may login to record work time and any amendments.
**Normal timecard procedures will commence as of the next pay period beginning on 3.25.18 – 4.7.18.
