HR Performance Management Project Update

HUMAN RESOURCES | Human Resources kicked off the Online Employment System (OES) enhancement project in late December and has successfully completed Phase I, by migrating OES to single sign-on. Phase II was recently completed by transitioning off of the performance review system, SuccessFactors.

OVERVIEW

Phase I (COMPLETE) Beginning Jan. 29, 2019, HR successfully migrated the online employment system to single sign-on. Users no longer need a separate username and password to access recruitments.

Phase II (COMPLETE) As of March 1, 2019, HR transitioned off of the performance review system, SuccessFactors. All completed reviews for active employees have been electronically archived and are available upon request. HR successfully added a new module for performance reviews in the online employment system. To reflect this change, we collaborated with stakeholders across campus to rename the system, which will be announced at the end of April, before we kick-off the 2018/2019 performance review cycle. MyLMU will reflect the new name with the employment and performance modules in one system.

Phase III (IN PROGRESS) Currently we are finalizing the design of the new performance review module. User training will begin immediately after we kick-off the 2018/2019 performance review cycle.

Highlights

  • The new name of the employment & performance system will be announced.
  • User training dates will be available mid-April for offerings in May 2019.
  • 2018/2019 performance review cycle will kick-off in the new system.

REMINDERS

  • Single sign-on is implemented to allow users’ the convenience of utilizing LMU username and password credentials.
  • Addition of the performance review module to the employment system will not affect recruitments you currently have in progress.
