Barnes & Noble College to Manage Campus Bookstore Operations

UNIVERSITY BULLETINS | After a 6-month bidding process, LMU has selected Barnes & Noble College to manage its bookstore operations beginning June 1. This new contract will not only unify the Westchester and Loyola Law School campus bookstores under a single agreement, but the bookstore selection committee believes that this new partnership will improve customer satisfaction for the entire campus community.

In its new role, Barnes & Noble College will act as a complete support system for LMU, providing social and academic hubs to drive success for the campus community. Through an extensive offering of affordable learning materials, including new, used and digital books, a robust textbook rental program and a Price Match program, Barnes & Noble College will drive significant cost savings for LMU students. The bookstore will further drive access and affordability on campus through its offering of open educational resources (OER) and OER-based digital courseware.

Barnes & Noble College currently operates more than 770 campus stores nationwide and has operated the Loyola Law School bookstore since 2007.
