Upcoming Fire Drills on the Bluff

DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SAFETY | Throughout the month of June, LMU Public Safety will be conducting scheduled fire drills at various buildings around campus. These annual drills are required by law, and help the LMU community feel comfortable with responding quickly, calmly, and safely in the unlikely event of an actual fire. They also provide an opportunity to test fire alarms and identify any areas of improvement to LMU procedures.

Please refer to the following schedule for the fire drill at your respective building:

  • Burns Fine Arts Center: Tuesday 6.25, 1 p.m.
  • Burns Rec Center/Student Health Services: Wednesday 6.5, 10:30 a.m.
  • Daum Hall Annex: Friday 6.14, 9 a.m. (new)
  • Facilities Management: Friday, 6.7, 8 a.m.
  • Foley Annex: Wednesday 6.19, 9:30 a.m.
  • Foley Building: Friday 6.7, 9 a.m.
  • Gersten Pavilion: Tuesday 6.4, 8 a.m.
  • Hilton Center: Thursday 6.13, 1 p.m. (new)
  • Life Sciences Building: Wednesday 6.5, 3 p.m.
  • Lion Athletic Center: Tuesday 6.4, 8 a.m.
  • Malone Student Center: Thursday 6.13, 3 p.m. (new)
