MISSION AND MINISTRY | Loyola Marymount University’s annual celebration of Ignatian Heritage Month commemorates the living legacy of St. Ignatius of Loyola on the bluff.
The purpose of Ignatian Heritage Month is to promote a greater understanding of, and appreciation for, LMU’s Ignatian heritage within our university community. This year’s theme, “For and With Others,” encourages us to consider how our heritage and mission impel us to stand alongside our brothers and sisters near and far.
Programs and activities are scheduled throughout November, ranging from opportunities to meet our campus Jesuits to film screenings to Justice on Tap. Faculty and staff are welcome and are particularly encouraged to bring students.
