Sister Rosalía Meza to Serve as Advisory Board Chair

MISSION AND MINISTRY | Sister Rosalía Meza, Ph.D, senior director of religious education for the Archdiocese of Los Angeles, will become the new chair of the advisory board of LMU Center for Religion and Spirituality.

Established as the Center for Pastoral Studies in 1977, the LMU Center for Religion and Spirituality is one of the university’s interdisciplinary centers and an embodiment of its commitment to the Archdiocese of Los Angeles, neighboring dioceses, and communities of faith throughout the Los Angeles metropolitan area.

The advisory board guides the center on matters pertaining to its purpose: providing educational opportunities for adult learners through certificate and workshops on theology, pastoral leadership, yoga, and more, that strengthen their religious and spiritual formation as ministers, educators, and leaders committed to the service of faith and the promotion of justice. Kathy Russell Enright previously served as the chair for seven years.
