UNIVERSITY NEWS | Palm North and Palm South, the two new residence halls flanking Doheny Hall, are ready to open their doors and welcome students for the fall 2021 semester.
Each residence hall is fully furnished, offering state-of-the-art amenities for students to live in, study, and unwind. Palm North offers a traditional setup of single- and double-occupancy rooms for first-year students, while Palm South features a hybrid of five-person apartments and 18-20 person pods that include a common kitchen, communal area, and multiple bathrooms, for returning Lions. The buildings also feature media rooms, outdoor hammock areas, A/C, and a BBQ area outside of Palm South. Together, Palm North and Palm South will house more than 600 students.
