The Provost’s Office is excited to share that faculty and staff dining on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11:30 a.m.–2 p.m. has been extended through Dec. 9 at the Collins Center. Outdoor seating will be available at the Collins Center patio. The food truck schedule for November and December is as follows:

- Thursday, Nov. 4: Black Flour Crepes
- Tuesday, Nov. 9: Tropic Truck
- Thursday, Nov. 11: The Middle East
- Tuesday, Nov. 16: Faculty/Staff Dining Closed Due to the President’s Convocation
- Thursday, Nov. 18: Baby’s Burger (Collins Center Patio Unavailable for Outdoor Dining)
- Tuesday, Nov. 23 and Thursday, Nov. 25: Faculty/Staff Dining Closed Due to Thanksgiving
- Tuesday, Nov. 30: Salt N’ Pepper (Collins Center Patio Unavailable for Outdoor Dining)
- Thursday, Dec. 2: Yalla (Collins Center Patio Unavailable for Outdoor Dining)
- Tuesday, Dec. 7: Oaxaca on Wheels
