ENROLLMENT MANAGEMENT | We are proud to announce that LMU has been named the Hispanic Scholarship Fund’s Education Partner of the Year, thanks to the continued engagement and outreach efforts of LMU Enrollment Management in promoting and expanding our intercultural community.
In partnership with Hispanic Scholarship Fund, the Enrollment Management team has provided middle and high school students from diverse backgrounds with the support and resources designed to help them prepare, plan, and pay for college, including the well-attended College Prep Saturdays and College 101 Series.
As an HSF Education Partner of the Year, President Timothy Law Snyder, accepted the honor on behalf of LMU, and alongside Vice Provost Maureen Weatherall, Associate Provost for Undergraduate Education José Badenes, Director of Transfer Admission & Enrollment Services Vanessa Miranda, Director of Enrollment Management Summer Programs Ashley Okimoto and Associate Director of Student Lending Cerita Grotts on April 14, 2021.
Currently, LMU ranks in the top 5% for diversity and third in the nation for Latina/o student success. We hope to continue our partnership with the Hispanic Scholarship Fund and the student community.
