Workday Support Moves to ServiceNow

PROPEL LMU | Beginning Sept. 1, 2021, all Workday support requests will be made through ServiceNow, ITS’ dedicated help desk resource. To open a help ticket for Workday, you may do so here.

This change reflects the LMU community’s increasing familiarity with Workday since the June 28 launch, and the declining need for dedicated support at The inbox will cease operation on Aug. 31, and all help requests will need to be resubmitted via ServiceNow.

As a reminder, Workday offers numerous self-help resources that provide instant answers. Simply click on Workday Support (life buoy icon) on the Workday homepage, or start typing the topic of your choice into the top search bar, to view over 100 resource guides and step-by-step instructions to complete a number of tasks. If you still cannot find the help you need, ITS support staff will be happy to assist you via a ServiceNow help ticket.
