The Provost’s Office invites faculty and staff to reconnect with each other over outdoor lunch on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11:30 a.m.-2 p.m. during the month of September at the Collins Center. A food truck will be on hand for those who would like to purchase lunch and outdoor seating will be available on the patio. The food truck schedule for September is:

- Thursday, Sept. 16: Oaxaca On Wheels
- Tuesday, Sept. 21: Tropic Truck
- Thursday, Sept. 23: Yalla
- Tuesday, Sept. 28: Steamin Burger
