The Provost’s Office is excited to share that faculty and staff dining on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11:30 a.m.-2 p.m. has been extended through the month of October at the Collins Center. Faculty and staff will also get $3 off any purchase of $8 or more when showing their OneCard. Outdoor seating will be available at the Collins Center patio. The food truck schedule for October is as follows:
- Tuesday, Oct. 19: Go Fish
- Thursday, Oct. 21: Baby’s Burger
- Tuesday, Oct. 26: Salt N’ Pepper
- Thursday, Oct. 28: Beachy’s
