FREE LMU Centennial History Books – Just In Time for the Holidays!
Faculty and staff at LMU now have the opportunity to get a FREE copy of LMU: A Centennial History, written by Kevin Starr, just in time for the holidays! If you’d like to get a copy of this historic book, please come to the P3 level of the University Hall parking garage on Tuesday, Dec. 12, Wednesday, Dec. 13 or Thursday, Dec. 14 from noon – 1 p.m. We will be giving them out in the storage area near the freight elevator. **Important Information About Your Two Bi-weekly Paychecks Dec. 21, 2017 and Jan. 5, 2018**
Due to the Christmas and New Year Holidays, the Payroll Department will need to process your bi-weekly pay checks earlier than normal. MyTime must be completed/submitted and then approved by your Supervisor on Thursday, Dec. 14 by 5 p.m., for both pay periods: 12.3.17 – 12.16.17 and 12.17.17 – 12.30.17. MyTime will be locked and you will not be able to edit after this deadline. You will need to estimate the hours worked for yourself and/or staff for work days, beginning 12.14.17 – 12.16.17 and then for 12.17.17 – 12.21.17. After midnight on 12.31.17 you will have access to MyTime for the new pay period 12.31.17 – 1.13.18 and you may login to MyTime to record work hours and any amendments. Amendments will be paid on Jan. 19, 2018 payroll. Supervisors, please take the time to approve your Reports.
NOTE: Pay Period (12.3.17 – 12.16.17) will be paid on 12.21.17. Pay Period (12.17.17 – 12.30.17) will be paid on Jan. 5, 2018.
