Dear LMU Community,
Earlier this week, the LMU Board of Trustees approved the strategic plan proposed by President Snyder as recommended by the Strategic Planning Steering Committee. This site provides the final version of the plan adopted by the Board, which will guide LMU from 2021-26.
We now begin the work of implementing the plan, as described in the plan’s final section, “Implementation and Next Steps.” I look forward to continuing to work with you as we specify the outcomes, metrics, targets and timetables to correspond to the plan’s goals, objectives and actions.
My thanks again to the steering committee for their great work and to all the members of the LMU community who collaborated with us in conceiving and refining the plan.
