HUMAN RESOURCES | Human Resources is continuing to work on the launch of the new performance review module in PeopleAdmin to enhance the employment system. The 2018-19 performance review cycle will kick-off on Monday, April 29. OVERVIEW
Phase I (COMPLETE) January 29, 2019, HR successfully migrated the online employment system to single sign-on. Users no longer need a separate username and password to access recruitments and/or performance reviews.
Phase II (COMPLETE) March 1, 2019, HR transitioned off of the performance review system, SuccessFactors. All completed reviews for active employees have been electronically archived and are available upon request. HR successfully integrated a new module for performance reviews in the online employment system. To reflect this change, we collaborated with stakeholders across campus to rename the system before we kick-off the 2018/2019 performance review cycle. MyLMU systems log-in will reflect the new name of the system, PeopleAdmin. It will include the employment and performance modules in one system.
Phase III (IN PROGRESS) Currently we are finalizing the design of the new performance review module. User training for supervisors and non-supervisors will begin immediately after we kick-off the 2018-19 performance review cycle. PeopleAdmin Training Sessions are available for registration now.
THINGS TO KNOW
- The new name of the employment & performance system is PeopleAdmin.
- 2018-19 performance review cycle will kick-off in PeopleAdmin on April 29.
- Single sign-on is implemented to allow users’ the convenience of utilizing LMU credentials to access PeopleAdmin.
- PeopleAdmin Training Sessions are available for registration now for offerings in May and June 2019.
